For the past 25 years I have worked with a wide range of clients ranging from children and adolescents to older adults. I have a post graduate degree in family therapy from the Ackerman Institute in New York City, the most respected family therapy training program in the country. I've enjoyed helping individuals struggling with depression, anger issues, anxiety and the effects of past trauma. I particularly like helping parents navigate throough difficult emotional and behavioral issues their kids might be having. My work with children and adolescents has focused on improving coping and social skills and their relationships at school and home. My work with adults has focused on freeing folks from unhealthy thoughts and behaviors and guiding them through difficult stages in their lives.

I bring to my psychotherapy practice my experience in experiential, transformative therapy and my deepest compassion for those who are suffering. I believe we all deserve and have the opportunity to be happy, regardless of the curve-balls life throws at us. I am an avid outdoorsperson, reader, father and husband, animal and music-lover.  The following courses/training/seminars have informed my practice:
